Ya they do....at least that is where we got it from and lable is on the tire still as proof....

You still looking to buy 17x9.0 track set up wheels?
We suggest perhaps the 5 Zigen FN01R-C wheels....good price, good weight, exact size and fitment that you might like and prefer..........

Well their website doesn't list Toyo RA1's and Neal told me he couldn't get them this week. Maybe you know more...
