FWIW, the +28 is garrenteed to clear the front calipers, but if you use a +35mm in the rear you will not need to roll the fenders unless you want to run a 275/40/17 sized tire.
I have been using these rims for about 3 years now. This is the best deal I have seen in a while.

They are amaizing, I have seen them in person from two local friends (Trevor and his 96 Stealth R/T) and Rick with his Evo 9. These rims are perhaps the best around however there are other brand like Kosei K1 that make 17x9"rims that weight 16.5lbs and cost $165-170 for other applicatons. That should indicate if a company/maker has competitive prices or not.
Botton line if you have the money to spend then I think these are just about the lighest that it gets.
