I ordered the 265/35/18 yesterday around 10:30 CA for time.

I hope I get mine... (They did already charge my card, so that must be a good thing)

Will 235/40/18 with a 18x9.5 +12 wheel fit a IX lowered on swift springs without any rubbing? Do i need to add any spacers? or even fender rolling?

235 is way too stretched for a 9.5in wheel its not a VW

Unfortunately it sounds like 265/35 and 255/35 are out which would be the best bet. +12 wheels are aggressive and in 9.5 anything short of a 245 looks really stretched.
