How much for chromium black 17x9.75 shipped to 30680? Would there be any clearance issues with a 255/40/17 tire with a 1.5" drop on Espelir GT springs?

What needs to be done to get 18x8.75 or 9.75 to fit on a car with swift springs? What tire widths do each of these wheels take?
