The evo IX MR SE in GG with a little or lot of cf and 400whp is what I am ultimately after. I have seven cars at the moment and I have to unload the STI to justify the evo. I am anxious to see the evo X first before I buy a new car and dump seven grand into it.

90% of my driving is on the highway and The 6spd is what I am after. I have driven enough loud cars at 3500+ rpm on the highway and I am getting too old for it.

You do know that the gear ratio for the 5th on the Non-MR is EXACTLY the same as the 6th gear on the MR, right?
The only difference is the MR has a tighter gear ratio from 1-5 as opposed to 1-4 on the Non-MR.
