Did the guy have his lights on. If not you could use that for defense.
You should have said to the guy ,"If your a federal agent , you should be smart enough not to stop in the middle of the road in the middle of the night" I hate arrogant ****'s like that.
Anyway, you're cars not too bad and the most expensive part looks like it gonna be the innercooler. Just be glad the headlights didnt get wrecked. They were over $1300 when I got into my accident. Most expensive single item in a $13,000 dollar repair bill.
Good luck

Also, how did you slide with ABS?
Just trying to "straighten" this story out before you start telling it to your insurance company or others and make youself look bad.

Does anyone know the price of the stock parts? Like the front-mount, front bumper and radiator?
For whoever was wondering why the guy still slid with ABS, its because the main function of anti-lock is so you can still steer while in a slide. Its not necessarily going decrease your stopping distance.

Sorry about the accident, the first one is the toughest. it doesn't look to bad, I've seen a lot worse. Like the other guys I think your better off upgrading. The radiator suppourt might be able to be pulled back out if not it not to difficult to weld in a new one. Just make sure you have a good shop. Also make sure the insurance company knows everything this really does sound like a an insurance scam.
