I know how ya feel. When that big storm hit KY before xmas I had to drive to Nashville to pick my daughter up and it took me 2 hours to get the ice off enough to scrape the windows...lol I have Conti sport grips and they were great driving on I65. No sliding or anything!

When you finally moved the car, did it make a nice "crunch" sound? I get that every so often from the pads frozen stuck to the rotors.

 

I actually haven't even touched it. I'm driving my beater around until it warms up so I don't have to scrape the car off or anything.

We're actually getting another ice storm tonight and over the next few nights. Yay.....I'll never get to drive my Evo. Wish I at least had a garage. Oh well, it's still clean, no salt or road grime.

Yeah, my Evo is in the storage unit/garage until spring. I hate driving my daily beater all the time...but it's nice to know the 'vo is safe and snug in the garage. No dumb-**** redneck in a 4x4, talking on a cellphone is going to run me over in a snowstorm!

Looks like my car did Saturday, Except there was about 8" of snow under the Ice!!! Car definatly rocks in the snow tho.

 

haha, same here, but i can only do that on the way up to tahoe. but yes, this car is amazing in the snow

 

hey im kcmo too weather sucks too much ice. unfortunately my beater laser droped its trans so i have to drive my evo in this crap toyo t1-s handle it pretty well and it is kinda fun to play in though i swore i would keep the evo garaged in the winter
