VIS plastic carbon trunk?

Is this okay to have plastic for the support? If I buy this will it be weaker than the OEM trunk? Will it be flapping around and bending as I drive? Just curious... I want to get a carbon trunk cuz they vandalized mine, but dont want something that wont last or atleast resellable later cuz of bad quality.

I know its a good trunk, and it looks awesome on your car ARVSHOP( my evo is yellow too) just curious if there are any drawbacks to the new plastic reinforcement support versus the old fiberglass support or carbon fiber supports.

YES!! those rims are made by racing sparco....custom offset in the beack....tires.com couldnt fit the rims in the back without making it look too wide so i had to order for custom offset

Your wheels look sweet! So what offset did you end up using?

racing sparco used an 18x9.5 rim with a +32 offset...the vis trunk wasnt as easy as i thought it was going to be because i thought there werent too many cables in the back but, it was the car that made it kinda challenging not the trunk...trunk was self explanatory..yes...sorry it doesnt have a keyhole which is how i wanted it because it looked clean and theres no access for ppl to open it
