The tires I use on the 18x10s are 285/30R18.
I did some "ghetto" fender rolling with a metal pipe (the old "baseball bat" method). I really don't have any measurements, but I'm guessing that I gained about 1/2" to 3/4" of clearance on the rear fenders. I also worked the front fenders some, but I'm not sure how necessary it was.

I would be a bit wary about running these particular CCWs as an everyday street tire, because of the front spacers which are required. Because of the spacers, the front wheels are not hub-centric; the wheel is supported only by the lugs...
