I have a S-AFC II, cat-delete pipe, and a greddy type-s BOV (I dont care what anyone says, that thing does help in performance by holding boost and not leaking like stock) and I ran 12.87 on a hot day, 90 degrees. I'm not saying ur lying or anything like that, but I think you should be going a little faster than that. Weather, temp, sea level, ect. has a lot to do with it but you know what I'm saying. I know its not tuned yet but those upgrades alone should've done the trick. Either way that car is bad as fuq.
