not bad...especially it's free!! wouldnt pay $20 for them tho. $10 would be well worth it because it really doesnt look that great close up. from far away, wut's the difference? But make sure they could see white light when ur reverse is on or u wont pass inspection. for saving money. it's always good! Money in wallet better than money in car

I say that those are a bad *** duplication of a 400 dollar part. Tell your buddy he does nice work. Congrats.

...all while making that Road Runner sound * BEEP BEEP*
keeping paint pristine in the desert sands must suck.

hey, just an idea, since u have access to clear vinyl: put that stuff on ur headlights and mirror housings to keep from rock chips. i dunno if that's the same vinyl quality as the one used for clear bra, but maybe u can spend a couple hours making ur own, or partially covering ur front?

i don't agree with this comment, sorry. My thought are, if you're not going to do it right then don't do it at all. It's obvious you havent seen the VII tails in person or you wouldnt have made that comment. I just cant deal with people willing to shell out 30k+ for a car and doing these cheap, goofy $10 mods...if you can afford the car put some nice parts on it. just my opinion.

Already looking into it.

I agree with you somewhat.

I don't think they look that much like the EVO7s, they're too dark and the blinker isn't right. But i wasn't trying to make EVO7's, I was trying to get rid of the Altezzas and keep money in my bank account so that I am THAT much closer to my new place.

Mission accomplished, gay stock tails are gone, and I've got ~$400 worth of a down payment still sitting in my account where it belongs.

Priorities are a b*tch, huh?

My paint is black, I live in the desert, and this is my daily... Sorry it's not up to your "show" standards, it's hard enough keeping it clean, let alone scratch-free...

Thanks to the positive responses. I know they aren't "spot on" EVO7s, but they weren't meant to be... I'll get those later on.
He must have been the only person that didn't get swirl marks from the factory. I have a Rally Red and in the direct sunlight my paint looks like someone fell asleep with the buffer...

I pulled the lights off, and it took him maybe an hour to do. We were talking and bull****ting throguh most of it though... It's fairly easy.

that's cool, it's your oppinion. I look at it like this:

Vinyl=

"EVODave"=

Can't really tell the difference from 5 feet back, and that's where most people see them from anyways...

I'm not trying to start anything with that statement, but it's pretty well known that if you don't want to foot the bill for 7's that Dave is your man, so I'm using his work for comparison purposes.
