I hate stock tails, friend with vinyl shop that owes you a favor = win.
He mentioned last night after I told him my plan to pick up some EVO7s that he had some transparent red vinyl at his shop (http://www.houseofgrafix.net) that we could try. Since I'm trying to find a place with garage so I can get out on my own, I decided this seemed like a better idea than ~$380 for some 7's. Besides, if I didn't like it I could peel it off, right?
Final conclusion: They truly look great from 5ft+, closer than that and you can tell it's vinyl and you see a few bubbles. What the hell, I didn't pay a dime...
Ignore the color of the tails in the picture that I used the flash, they aren't anywhere near that color, it's just the cheapie stock flash. Also, he wrapped the yinyl all the way over the tail light, that's just dirt you're seeing up at the top.
PS: I was sitting in my garage admiring the tails when I noticed something on my GSX:

That made me happy to know that even the allmighty EVO had a "DSM" part on it.

My paint is black, I live in the desert, and this is my daily... Sorry it's not up to your "show" standards, it's hard enough keeping it clean, let alone scratch-free...
Thanks to the positive responses. I know they aren't "spot on" EVO7s, but they weren't meant to be... I'll get those later on.
