I just recently bought a set of the Momo T100 mats. Someone else on the boards said they had them but they weren't a perfect fit. For only $60 I figured I'd at least try them out. I'm very surprised my stock mats lasted 55k miles.

Mitsubishi mats are not the only factory mats that suck I think all car makes suck. I went to a carpet store and picked up two blue carpet samples. These are great they match the blue in the seat and they are easy to clean. I have used carpet samples for floor mats in my last 4 cars.
Did I forget to mention they only cost me under $5 for both.

I've seen that HKS Kansai makes them for the Evo but, I don't think they make them for LHD models. If they did I would seriously think about buying them.

Not all OE mats suck, the mats in my 92 Legend are original and look as if they are still new. The Drivers mat in my Evo now resides in the trunk, that thing is a complete POS.

i have WeatherTech in all 4 seats. i like them a lot. very heavy duty rubber, DEEP grooves that can hold lots of water, mud and pebbles. easy to clean with a hose. like someone said, driver mat needs to be trimmed for the gas pedal. i just throw them on top of oem mats and leave it like that all year. bought them for $90 for 4.

Heh cheap solution to prevent wearing out the oe mats. Buy the cheap plastic mats and put those over your oe ones. When its time to show it off or something just take them out, this will prevent wear from everyday driving situations.

The key for this is only use the OEM mats at shows, meets, tracks, etc. I always use some cheapo ones from pep boys for my everyday driving. I used to use towels, but they would always slide around everywhere. Definatley don't use the mitsu ones for everyday driving, especially in the winter if you have snow and salt.

I bought my OEM mats from Mitsubishiparts.net. They arent listed on the site but if you send them a e-mail they will get back to you fast. I think I only ended up paying around 60 or 70 shipped for all 4 OEM mats.

I ended up getting the 'RubberTite' mats made by Lloyd Mats. Same company who makes my Porsche mats. Very high quality.

I bought two thick black rubber mats for the front for $49. custom fit for the evolution. free shipping too.

If u wanna see what they look like, just google "lloyd mats rubbertite"...i tried to link a pic, but no luck.
