its a lancer with an evo rear welded to it. look where the old evo fuel door used to be that is welded up. and the new lancer fuel door is cut into the fender. not to mention those wheels will not fit over the evo brakes. plus i can see a lancer doing that but why would an evo want to look like a lancer.

Yep that picture came up a good while ago, as a mitsubishi mule.
Can't remember for what, fairly certain it was evo but i could be wrong. It looks very heavily loaded at the rear so maybe testing suspension setup when carrying heavy loads.

I personally love the orange rims and small orange touches. I think this car really stands out and in my personal opinion doesn't look ricey. And even if it did, he really races it, so that trumps any nay-sayers!
