How do you guys wired up the main battery connection when you relocated the battery? any pics of it?

Look up battery relocation. It will bring it right up, there is a whole thread with instructions.

Ive seen that thread. Looking fir something that doesnt require a roll of tape.

Do you not have a fuse closer to the battery? I wouldn't trust it without one personally.

When I relocated my battery, at first, I left the stock fusible link in place, but wired it into a plastic box, then ran the wiring to a 150 fuse mounted next to the battery and then to the battery in the trunk. Eventually I removed the fuse in the engine bay and connected everything with a clean connection between the stock wiring and my rerouted wiring.

A buddy of mine only ran the stock fusible link in the engine bay, like your set up. Something happened with the battery and it shorted out, the entire length of wire that ran through the cabin of the car and to the engine bay caught fire.
