The regular VIII and IX's are what in Japan is called the GSR. So people here use GSR to differenciate between their cars and RS and MR's.
so in short GSR = regular VIII/IX

Thanks for the nice comments all. I just installed my vortex generator. I have a Buschur TBE for it which will go on as soon as I get some stock base pulls.

Very nice pics ! 
That's my second color choice but I think I will still would wait for a WW since all my cars in the past have been white and are much easier to maintain in my opinion. Keep us updated on the mods.
