it's not a wiring diagram issue, mitsu uses a simplifed wiring system (can't remember what it's called )

theres no direct link.

I wish you best of luck, but if you have a copy of the service manual, either online or in text, then open it up, you'll see what i mean.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ONLY FOR AN 05 TYPE FUSE BOX

Basically you take a thin wire, I used 24 gauge, stuff one end of it on the bottom right corner connector of the foglight relay, and stuff the other end of it into the 6th hole from the left on the bottom row of the headlight relay box connector.

These pics show you the detail:

NOW SOMEONE PLEASE FIND OUT HOW TO DO IT FOR AN 04 TYPE FUSE BOX

i'd do this if i had a volt meter but i don't... basically you have the pin that needs to be "tapped" you just needa find out which relay is for the foglight in 03-04 fuseboxes and there's only 4 pins in there... and you just need to find out which one is on when the fogs are on. then you connect them. this is the CLEANEST WAY TO KEEP THE FOGS ON!!!
