I'm assuming most guys on here who stayed wingless got a carbon fiber trunk lid or a regular lancer trunk lid. And as for filling holes, the temporary way was tape and the perminent way was letting a bodyshop do it. I would get a second trunk lid.

I ordered a trunk for an RS and had it painted, that way I can switch back and fourth. Filling the holes didnt appeal to me because a) I didnt want bondo on it and b) welding the holes made me un-easy simply because nobody local could weld the aluminum without the chance of warping the hell out of it.

i got those little plastic plugs from the autoparts store.poped em right in. But im only wingless for winertimes, dont wanna mess up my carontrunk...or the wing. If I was to go wingless all the time, Id prolly get an RS trunk with no holes..but for now itll do
