i am from Germany, so a couple of answers:

The "Big wing " is the same Worldwide by Mitsubishi.
The German ( EU ) small wing is the same as the normal Lancer OZ getting in the sport package.
Some People here prefer that small one due to the "public thinking" about the driver

In Europe, the small one is standart, and the Big one will be an Option (carbon "heckflugel") or comes with the Sport Package ( Evo IX )

"Fahrt" means : Drive
so:

Rundfahrt will be : Driving around with some friends in on line
Einfahrt will be : Drive in ( entrance to parking lot or so..)

 

That looks like the wing you can get on one of the other lancer models. It prefer the taller wing, or no wing at all.

 

Isn't that the same wing that you can get on the OZ?
