It's stainless- ie. it wont rust. It will discolor, but that's it.

I had my megan manifold over a month now. It definately does lose its luster and does start to have a little rust on the flange and the welds. Only the pipes are stainless, the flanges and welds are not. An easy way to test would be to use a magnet, the flanges will hold likes there no tomm but put the magnet on the pipes and it hardly even sticks due to it being stainless steel. That being said , the small rust spots are a non issue and does not affect the manifold strength in any way.
