Hmm....what if you dont like the person in the back seat, then is it ok? Or what if he drives an sti?

That it most definitely is. With street tires the stock belts were fine, but once I started running Hoosiers (this year Kumho's) the side G's were so strong I noticed myself using the steering wheel to hold myself straight, and also pressing my knees against the door and center console. Hopefully this, along with the eventual race seat will help that.
