Hey, are T-bolts really tried and true ? I was told that the spot right underneath the bolt shaft doesn't apply as much pressure as the rest of the band.
the cheaper brands yes.. i have bent many in that spot.. i personally like heavy duty worm clamps.. the hold the i/c pipes on 600 horse tractor trailers running 35 psi..
a heavy duty worm clamp is alot cheaper than cheap t-bolt clamps. this is based on my ten year exp. with working on turbo cars and big trucks..
