Sorta surprised to see a cat on there. Do you swap it back and forth for racing, or is it something other than what it appears?

so, not that it matters, but for comparison sake, you are looking at around 430whp on a dynojet.

This figure was taken from daves 410 to 460 dyno comparison. Which equals a 1.1219% correction...

Very impressive!!

Thanks for doing the correction! David mentioned that the RS was running rich when he was dyno'ing it at Tym's and it was lower than he expected. As a comparison, the black car went from 730 (number form last pull David said he did) to 903. That would be a 1.2369 correction. Another EVO IX they did made 281whp on Tym's dyno and then did 218whp on David's dyno which would be a 1.2889 correction factor or 494whp. I would be happy if it was 430whp, but it could also be as high as 494whp! His RS gained 80wtq going to the dynojet which would be a 1.1769 correction and would be 460wtq. Using a rather conservative drive train loss of 15%, gross horsepower could be pushing 500hp! I will quit bench racing now but I can't help but think about the numbers. It pulls unlike anything I have ever driven. It is squirrely in second and even shifting into third with no lift shifting. I haven't tried first yet. I am thinking I will have some traction problems. I can't wait for the tracks to open.

**Disclaimer**
I am not implying anything with any of these numbers. It could be as low as the 384whp it made on the BR Mustang on a DynoJet. It was purley for my own gratification

I don't know about that. Something seems funky because the Buschur RS put down 393 or so on the BR DJ before it got the 20G and trapped 116 (on pump). And then with the 20G it ran 120+ with 330 or so on the BR MD, which by the 1.12 conversion factor would be about 370 whp on a DJ -- So, it trapped 4+ mph faster and lost 23 DJ whp? Doesn't add up.

Plus, I don't see too many people with 370 whp Dynojet figures trapping 120+. And then you figure that very few cars break 300 on the BR MD on 93, which using the 1.12% correction factor is 336 DJ, which is broken all the time on 93 octane by cammed Evos on DJ's.

So, all in all, I don't think the 1.12 conversion factor seems like a reliable way to compare or draw conclusions about what a car would make on a DJ based on what it makes on the BR MD.

Don't forget the BR dynojet was a 2wd and not an AWD. BR went from the highest reading dyno to the lowest.

I do agree though that the conversion factors shouldn't be taken too seriously, but are probably somewhere in the ballpark.

Great pics and looking forward for some track numbers. That is one badass setup. My car is at Buschur Racing (Electric blue with gold wheels) as well getting a rebuilt (stroker with stg3 head and a gt35r). I thought about the 20g a lot but after a stroker and a stage3 head, with Dave, we decided on the gt35r as i don't mind little lag.
