I needed a show bumper...I gave up on the carbon fiber bumpers UNTIL I saw this one...I'm in love with this setup!
I tried to contact the person who posted this on the NorCal site to find out WHERE he got the pic from...but no luck

I believe this evo belongs to a member of the Hong Kong Evolution Club. I read about it in one of club's magazine interviews. Here is the link:

This EVO has a lot of JUN internals and upgrades. If you notice in the pics, the car's body has been painted matte black.
You can find the pix of that EVO towards the bottom of the page, and the magazine article is at the top of the page for anyone of you that can read Chinese.
Maybe you can contact the club's organizer and try to get in touch with the owner. Hope this helps.
