Don't like it, I think the red calipers gives the evo character... Just my opinion, to each his/her own.

I guarantee that my nasty, chipped, and faded Brembo's with 79.5k on them added no character to the car. Lol, I guess many other things come to my mind as far as the character of an evo than the color of it's calipers

I like it!! nice job.

However losing the wing is job 1 to avoid attention and the canards need to go!

Yeah I agree the wing is definitely an attention getter but I'm really not going for sleeper, that was another guy who was commenting on that I believe. I just "fixed" something that had been bugging me basically since I bought the car March 11th of '03. Like many have said it's just all about what looks right to you

True that!!

What really disturbs me, is that the secret closet ricer within me likes the red brakes.

I like the red on my silver but I think I would have to see the matte black in person before I could really judge them...

Thanks Mitsuorder. Forgive the wheels for being dirty, it's not their fault. Here's gloss black, I like it. Used 3 coats 1200 degree engine paint, then 3 coats 500 degree engine paint. (500 deg. is much closer to black, the 1200 deg. is too rusty due to all the ceramic in it) hopefully the 1200 will keep it all from bublin' up when I hit the track. I'll letcha all know how they hold up to that heat end of August, maybe beginning of Sept. Anyways, what everyone cares about:

If you guys think matte black is cool, what about hand-painted Burberry calipers?
