Apexi does not make exhausts that look like the Amuse blue gradiation models... They do have a burnt tip but again I want a look that is a bit more unique.
Apexi does make different colored universal canisters...you could get a custom 3" exhaust fabbed up and have a blue apexi can welded to it...it would probably cost you a grand total of around $400-500

i dont believe the blue one is pictured above...it is a deep dark blue color...however, these mufflers are not titanium...they are colored steel

I like the Greddy a lot too. I think that's the one I might end up with.

As for the Apexi ones. Colored steel doesn't have the look that I like, but thanks for the input!

I must be getting old because these colored exhausts look ridiculous IMO.

I thought it was ricey as hell when I first saw the Apex'i line up rainbow brite universal mufflers years ago, but I had knew nothing about titanium and its properties. At first I thought the ti tanium (and carbon) mufflers were hideous too, but they finally grew on me. The look of the Amuse is something that can't be copied (yet) so even though it is over the top, you don't have to worry about seeing the same thing on orange 4 door Cavalier with a unpainted Shogun/Evo III kit.

You can't argue the uniqueness especially of the Amuse exhausts.

They're obviously not for everyone but as GPT mentioned, it seems that these exhausts are really tough to imitate.

if it MUST be blue and of questionable sexual orientation, just get a heat gun and set it on HIGH and it will do the trick without turning it all black like a blow torch will.

Either that or you'll ruin the exhaust ;-) j/k, it should work fine, but I do recommend you start somewhere inconspicuous and perfect your technique.

many ti exhuasts if you run them long/hot enough they turn blue by themselves...jbrown i dont know if a heat gun will imitate the amuse.
