very nice rims! sorry to ask a newb question...but when it comes to wheel sizes..i understand the 255/45/18 tire size..but what does the 9.5 and the 40mm offset mean? thanks!

Lets say we have a 18 X 9.5 rims. It's 18 inches in diameter and 9.5 inches from bead to bead.

Now you have offsets which is whatthe 40mm is. You have a positive and a negative off set.

Nice wheels! I like the black w/ the polished or machine lip!

Here is mine w/265/35/18" rolled rear fenders, and pulled fronts
