Rear End Makeover

So what do you guys think I got the two badges and overlay from Lancer Shop. Painted the Evolution IX black.

I now have my leftover stock badges Lancer and EvolutionMR as well as a front overlay. I think lancer shop sent the wrong overlay cause the front one looks like it is for an VIII as it is way too big for mine.

I used a can of Duplicolor universal black. I got it from Autozone I just walked in and looked for black. I than took the clear tape off the emblem and left it on the wax paper stuff. Scuffed it with some steel wool wipe down with a tack cloth and sprayed away. I put on 3 coats and used my wife's hair dyer to bake it on between coats (don't tell). Put the clear tape back on and then took the back off and applied it not hard at all. The MR part is seperate so no need to do anything to it just stick it on. Make sure you plot out your car and account for the MR part if necessary.

Off topic but how many times have you guys reached for the wife/girlfriend hair dyer for a car project I myself half dozen time between different cars.

How did you get the other Badges off the car?
safely with no marks?
How did you remove the glue?
