What i did was use some needle nose pliers and held down/together the white plastic pieces and just pulled the cables off. Pretty easy.

how easy would you say the install is for someone who follows instructions well, but isn't exactly a top-notch mechanic?

im no mechanic, infact i'm faaaaaaaaarrrr from it lol.

I can only manage small time simple installs. i've had no training or anyone teaching me. I just follow along w/the instructions on most things or I read up the how-to's on these forums for most installs.

Trust me, you can manage it

The credit for that goes to my friend Scott, who originally had it done on his evo, but then decided to sell it to me after a few short weeks

Also, I don't know if you noticed, a little hard to tell from the pics, but the door panels are done in the bride material too
