the hotel was the major interest though, like aussies, americans like over the top projects.

 

It's a beautiful hotel, but there is no such thing as a seven star hotel, just a marketing ploy. It's a self imposed rating and the hotel itself is gaudy enough for enough Donald Trump.

Thats not what I heard, the cheapest room is cost like $1800 a night !! but this guy is local, so he may be have some discount ?? May be for foreigner is more expensive ?? Nice evo ,nice hotel !!

 

isnt this the same hotel where they had a picture of Tiger Woods on the Roof hitting golf ***** into the ocean? Or he was on the Heli-pad?

bro...when the hotel first opened...a standard room (which is probably better than the best room world wide) was going for $2000+ a night...
but now...with all the super luxury hotels opening up here in dubai...the prices for "Burj Al Arab" dropped...in the up season...it goes for about $900...otherwise it ranges from ~600-700$ that is for a standard room...

nevertheless...they still have rooms (executives) that range from ~2000-5000$ a night...but that room fits more than 60 people..that is where i had my graduation party last year...me and a couple of friends chipped in to get it and threw a party

that was a night to remember

was at wild wadi water park just bellow the hotel about a year ago.lots of crazy crap going up.i saw on the discovery channel they also finished the mall in dubai with the indoor ski slope, that place was massive
