I saw you allready bought a trunk but ill put my input. I have Seibons evo VIII cf trunk on my lancer. Fitment and weave is amazing. No imperfections in the weave at all. No key-hole and no indentions for anything. Only issue I had was with the tension bars in it actually started warping the trunk.. It got to the point where the trunk wouldnty even shut. I had to stick washers under the latch to get it to lean in to catch the hook. I ended up removing the tension bars and it settled back down. no issues since. I still gotta figure out a way to keep it open w/o using my head. lol

yeah, yours actually looks right. mine never fit. i think the tension bars had a lot to do with it, but the day i put the trunk on it never lined up right. i know the chargespeed part will fit correctly, so now it's just the waiting to get the car back that's gonna kill me.

my question is, other than seibon, what trunks do you guys have, how is the fitment, and do you have any pics? i'm considering all the trunks listed in the poll, but i'd really like to get some opinions from people that actually own them. please help me out, i need to order a new trunk either today, or tomorrow.

i know the super expensive trunks that are run $700-$1000 are gonna be my best bet, but i really just need something with no keyhole drilled in it, and OEM fitment. i've seen pictures of all the high end trunks, and they look great. the only X-Factor here is really the trunk by street concepts.

Does anyone out there own the street concepts trunk? if so, how does it fit? do you have any pictures of it?

thanks
Do you still have the trunk for sale? Pmed.

Since my post above on oct 14'06. My seibon trunk has yellowed a lot. It also now has about 100 1/2" cracks all over it right on weave sections from stress I believe. I e-mailed seibon about it and the guy said "Its from shutting the trunk"... Im also not happy with the clear on my seibon hood. Mass produced CF is junk.
