JDM MR headlights into 05-06 GSR/non-SSL Evo

I have a 06 IX gsr model. I already have an aftermarket 9006 8000k hid kit on it. But I love the look of black housing jdm MR headlights.

I know the jdm MR headlights uses a hid D2S bulb. Does anyone know if there is an adapter for 9006 to HID?

I seen the instructions to re-wire and splice a OEM HID kit to an evo but I'm not relly experienced with wiring and etc.

sup bro, pm me on norcal evo or talk to me if I ever make it to the wednesday night meets.

Basically you dont mess with the bulb harness at all with a proper d2s ballast, you simply wire up a 9006 wiring harness to the power adapter on the ballast, its simple, I can set you up with some

id suggest getting d2s oem ballasts (again, talk to me about that for pricing), then sell your HID kit as a complete set. However, I wond advise agains the JDM MR lights as they dont have the proper cut off pattern (you will blind oncoming drivers, **** off cops perhaps)
