Suede covers EVO-8 wheel...........

We have been covering STI and WRX wheels in suede and alcantara for over 2 years and we just did this wheel for CHAD BLOCK at CBRD. Chad asked for suede with grey sticthing and the spokes covered in Suede.

Opinions? We love it, and I cant wait for my EVO to come in !!

Pics of mounted STi wheel with center section uncovered:

It looks just okay to me. I would like it a lot better if the spokes were not covered and left bare metal. But IMHO, the stock steering wheel is just about perfect.

I agree.... I think it would look better with the spokes exposed...but looks good nonetheless!!!

If the spokes were bare metal but in black like the IX wheel, with black suede and red stitches, it would look sick as hell in a SE

No worries, this format was CHad's specs. We can do it without suede spokes no problem. Color of stitch is your choice.

If you havent driven a car with a suede wheel, then you dont know. Its amazing. It completes the feeling the seats give you that you guys get stock from the factory.

does suade help your grip and feel for the wheel? I myself have never driven any vehicle with this. It seems like a good mod though. I can't bash it til I've tried it
