I'm currently in Makati for a business trip. I'll be here for about 5 weeks. I hope to see some Evo's. So far I haven't seen an Evo. I've spotted tons of 02-05 lancers and older lancers hooked up and even several WRX's.
BTW- Traffic here is bananas. My driver literally crossed over traffic like the old frogger game...LOL

RSboy: I have some news for you. I dunno if its good or bad. The Evo V you saw is now on sale!!! Thinking of having a car here so you would not have to ask someone to drive you around?
