Its 3am...do you know where your EVO is?
With the NRG quick release steering wheel and Splash hub adapter, you don't have to. IT AIN'T GOING NO WHERE!!!
Great dress up mod, great for the track, and probably the BEST anti-theft device money can buy IMHO (unless your local car thiefs have a tow-truck, which is possible)...
Here is a pic with the NRG steering wheel attached...
Here it is without it attached...
And another...
Unlike other quick release steering wheels, this one can only go on one way, so it won't get damaged trying to put it on. It also makes it easy to put on. The Splash hub is JDM goodness from what I am told (but I am no JDM guru) and is currently one of the only, if not THE only hub adapter for the EVO platform at this time (again going by what I was told). With installation, approx. $300.00 and its yours. Check out SURGE USA FTW!!! for more info...tell Erin that Adam sentcha!!

as long as you dont leave it on the dash like that im sure you'll be good! Besides we have imobilizers in our cars so..no key no start.. unless you flatbed it but then again the steering wheel will rendered useless

even if they had a flatbed, cant you just turn your wheels all the way to the right/left and then take out the steering wheel? That way they cant move it straight fowards or backwards?

There are plenty of cars on here that have been stolen without the key and without use of a flat bed. A member here was at work when his car got stolen and a few of his co-workers watched them DRIVE away with his car. The immobilzer system isnt that great, but is better than nothing. I really like the NRG system though. Looks great IMO.
