well mine was done out of desprately hatin the stock chrome housin, and had no money for anything else, so $50 for lamin-x and i have loved it and been gettin compliments for them. and i also thought it works great with the lenses being clear...

bwahah..... i am not hating bro...i am a paying vendor and just wanted to speak my mind. like i said i have done that style before ....its easy BUT the thing is to me its kind alike slappin tint from windows on the tails or as i stated before almost like the blackout covers from 10 years ago. It does work on some cars......i do it more often on other makes and models depending on if the tails CAN'T be opened OR if the lense is colored red or something and the customer doesn't like it.....either way to each his own .
i agree that everyone has a different style. this worked for my style, and i'm content

I was thinkin about doing the blackout on my apex silver car. I think it looks good if you have a carbon fiber theme. My buddy has the all carbon spoiler, exhaust cover, and the black outs, I think it looks good
