No. The big brake kit eliminates the need for them by moving the calipers out to where there's more space behind the wheel spokes. Stock brakes do require a spacer though of about 6mm.

i run advan rs 18x9 +29 255.35.18 anyone run a spacer with that setup. i want it even more flush

you can add 8mm spacers on the front and about 2mm spacer in the rear to make it flush
