The Ultimate Aggressive Wheel Thread...

Stretched tires on a wide wheel.......that makes as much sense as trying to fit a 3 inch **** in a Magnum condom!

^ Its nothing against you dude!
Its just unhealthy to stretch tires to simply be able to fit an aggressive wheel on the car. The sidewalls are pretty much useless, and they are definitely weakened once stretched. Handling wise, I think its plain dangerous to push tires to the limit with the sidewalls looking like that! Racing Slicks are another story, these are street tires. I mainly come from a safety standpoint, not a poser standpoint. Kind of hard for me to keep my mouth shut considering this is what I do for a living, for the past 12 years.
I usually never post pics, but here is crappy pic of my car. Its not hard to get wide rubber and wide wheels on our cars.

Its right around -2.5°. I still want to get it corner balanced and re aligned.
Its really not even that stretched. I have seen ppl do even more. The tires are rated up to a 9" so I only stepped out like half an inch. I bet there is still a 9" contact patch to the ground, but it really doesnt matter to me as these wheels are only for daily. If I wanted to get something for handling I have my Green CE28's on R compounds.
Like it or hate it, I really like it. Isnt that all that matter? Just thought I would add to the agressive thread.
