No, actual size on a evo is 5X114.3 but it doesn't say that on the wheel for some reason. CE28s have 4X114.3, 4X100 and 5X100 casted into the wheel. It doesn't make much sense to me either.

These are the only wheels I can afford... for now well I don't know if they look aggressive but they're 18x9.5 on 245/40

did u use 5mm or 8mm spacers?

I found a few. I belive they are 17X9.5 +22 Not 100% on the offset though.
