unless that thing is proven to cool better and weigh siginificantly less than the stock aluminum hood, i think its silly to buy one unless you really have absolutely nothing better to spend your money on, especially at the price.

cf is like 1 pound less then the stock hoodand it holds heat in .i work at a body shop and all the cf hoods iv seen fit like dookie,you can see the insied of the fender and are wavey looking

many actually weigh more than the stock aluminum one. that's why i don't understand why people spend $600+ on them..

Same reason people buy body kits, heavy wheels, etc. etc. etc.

That hood is functional, which is why its the ONLY carbon hood I will put on my car. Not like the seibon which has the air intake duct on the WRONG side. For those that "arent feeling it", Im not sure what it is to feel. Its pretty much a stock hood with a small air intake inlet, and yes it weighs a few lbs less then stock. Like someone said, not much, but the air intake DOES line up with the ram air stock box cover.
