This happened to my 02 White Maxima, had a hard time getting the business to pay for it... But once I contacted my local news station... Well lets just say the paint looked like the day I bought it...

Go to a place that does detailing and show them the car and get a quote to have it clay bar'd professionally.
Talk to the responsible buisness, and get a check for that ammount.
Return to that place and have them do it. Or do it yourslef, and pocket the money

Read the first post. A similar thing happened to me only thank God I was parked behind an F-350 and the way the wind was blowing it didnt get me. But many people in my lot did and the company had to pay to have all the cars sent to a dealer to have the red paint professionally removed. Make them clean it up!

That sucks man. That actually happened to my dad's van along time ago. He works next to a fork lift company. For some reason they had their doors open in their paint room and yellow spray went all over a few vehicles in the parking lot at my dad's work. He had a Metallic Blue '76 Dodge van (all custom baby ...... **** carpeting on the walls and ceiling ....... yummy ...... sorry I gapped there ) so the yellow dots didn't really match the look he was going for. The fork lift company paid to repaint the affected vehicles so it worked out OK. I would definately make the offenders pay for it. Good luck.
