clay bar and don dishwashing liquid (blue) with water of course. That is cool that he is actually is willing to take care of his mess. I am sure they were all laughing at the clout of overspray heading toward the " big winged " car. Now look at who can laugh as they drive away with a fresh detail job, But the hassel really isnt worth it in the end.

Well $400 and 4.5+ hours of hard work, my car looks great again

Brian from perksdetailing.com/ did a great job. the Honda Ridgeline, and Hyundai that also got the overspray, looked brand new to.

damn and i thought a lil raildust was bad!

You would need 1000 claybars to get that off!

Glad you got it worked out though, i hate paint related problems.

find out who painted it for them, act stupid and say "oh well whats the company, i want to see if they do residential work", get the companies name and then proceed accordingly

accordingly for me would be to go paint all their **** (trucks, supplies, equiptment, building, etc) with black spray paint!

I drove back to work, and went over to the buisness next to us. and they had been spray painting huge metal beams all day. I dont know if its paint or primer.

Whats the best way to take care of this?? does this stuff come off? has it happened to anyone else?

Here are the pics. the flash makes it look worse than it really is.. and its all over the paint as well. The whole cars feels like sandpaper.

you could use paint thinnner or some other kind of highly concentrated chemical. it shouldnt mess up the paint either. i used it on my tb and got no scraches from doing that, someone decided to spray paint my car....not to funy

Nothing like a good misdemeanor to go with an already exhausting situation.
Glad to hear they valued their companies name cause the BBB is for real!

LOL^^

well after washing the car last weekend, the paint is not 100% it still has some overspray on it.. i went and got a claybar and got off what i could..

most would not notice anything, but i do.. you can see it up close in certain spots, its not bad at all, just kind of bums me out.. 4 month old car and the paint is torn up.. but whatever!!! rally time!!!
