Painting emblems on car

I just put on the UK evoluton ix mr badge on my trunk and i was wondering if it is possible to paint it and the mitsu emblem without taking it off the trunk. WHich paint etc.

just take it off the car...you're asking for trouble painting anything on a car.

Why not?

If you're worrying about getting it back on just use some 3m Double Sided tape to get it back on there. May be a hassle, but a lot less hassle than trying to repaint the car if you get overspray onto the car.

i painted my front emblem and painted my rear...just decided not to reinstall the back end

i'd take it off and paint it. masking would work but im sure you dont want to risk it

What kind of paint do you use to paint the emblems ?? I also wanted to get my rims painted the stock Enkei rims any one have any suggestions

i painted my stock rims, black with red lip

I used engine paint for the emblem and rims...many coats of clear on the emblem, no clear on the rims...

Can you tell me how azacualy you did the rims dude ?? I wanna paint the stock rims but idk what to do like take off the paint or wat ??
