I was told 80mm or 3" for the exhaust and 2.75 for the DP

The Espelir Dp is 2.75" and the exhaust is a 3" but has a neckdown at the flange to the cat. The exhaust is probably one of the best sounding available for the Evo. I ran the Espelir setup on my Evo for a little while and I loved it. The muffler tip sits really close to the bumper and really came in handy when I needed to have my car towed while I had it lowered on Tein S-Techs. The muffler will not hit the ground when you tow it and have the car lowered. Just some interesting info about the size/fitment of the tip. If you do decide to go with this setup you will not be disappointed.

 

The newer espelir catbacks do not have a taper, full 3 inches.

I have the same exhaust (DP & Cat-back) with a Perrin Hi-flo and I love the sound. I actually picked mine up used with like 4k on it for $300, so I couldn't really pass it up. But overall, I love mine. It was a toss-up between this or the Megan.

 

i have it and i love it...it fit great on my stock ix bumper and not so well on my jdm evo ix rear bumper...sound is great
