The inside looks more like a flat black or not high gloss. If you look at the picture thats almost from the side, the inside looks like the same color as the, well I guess outside. Like the whole hoop is the same color. Look at the last black picture, you will see what I mean.

Exclamation form over function...?

I dont want to be the black sheep on this topic..but the consensus here seems to be more towards a high level of performance ..as far as tuning evos goes in this forum. why someone would want to buy cheap cast rims made in the Philippines..VS stock wheels that are forged is beyond me. I can understand the red H drivers using them..but on evos, it seems a big step down. I am sure the rota wheels are fine for show...but thats about it. no offence to the dude selling the ****..but inferior wheels that are copied from superior wheel manufacturers..in a performance car like an evo

Because driving an evo on the street's of New Jersey would quickly loose a lot of its fun if ever pot hole made you hold your breath and your wallet. (i.e. Bending a volk would make me sick. Bending a rota would not.) Furthermore, you gain the ability to run much wider rubber over stock.

no plans for 17x8.5 at this time, but we'll have some 17x9's in the coming months
