We run a 285/30/18 on our shop car front and back.

Back needs nothing for spacers (fender rolling is done) and the front is using a 10mm spacer i think, once again, fenders rolled.

So you should be fine

I think it's depending on how low your car I got 255/35/18 for my 18 * 9.5 but I would've got 265 cause it's not really fill the wheels..

265/35 all the way or 255/35 if you want to play it safe. Either way neither of those tires sizes require rolling of the fenders front or rear. I run the 265/35 on mine and run a spacer in the front to keep the tire away from the body of the coilover, the rears are fine and my car is pretty low. It would've been great if they made the Time Attacks in a +28 offset in 18 x 9.5.
