I might be out in left field here...but I think you need to have certain color lights on your car...IE running lights in frt are to be yellow...brake lights red, etc ( when they are being used) ... I would check this first before I did anything else...I know that frt running lights need to be yellow in Texas---because I got dinged for it in an inspection... Food for thought..

ok i must of not made my self clear on this. when u mods the rear tail lamps to look like MR tail light you poaint the housing black. Now my question is has anyone done this the same color as there car... hope htat helps

i haven't done body colored yellow tails yet at least as far as i can remember...done white , graphite gray , black , silver and i think blue body colored
