It was a lot of fun. I gotta say we sure had a solid group of triple diamonds there. Doogie, Gil, and Adam were just plain flying! Great job guys.

I wish I would have known that this was going on, I would have liked to come over and try. Where can you find the schedule of events for this? It's probably a good thing I didn't know about it though, just got done beating my car at Cecil drag strip for the first time Saturday. Should give my clutch a little break before I smoke it completley.

click on MyAutoEvents.com for event schedule and pre-registration.
you should bring the evo out next time. autox is not hard on the clutch at all, just on tires. you don't need to launch and you hardly have to shift out of second gear.
next meet is at the carlise import/kit car show on may 18-19.

Thanks for the link, I'll probably be at the next Park City event in June. I'm going to be busy with other things during the Carlisle events. Any pointers for a first time competitor so I can practice before I go?

on all of them. i only enjoyed looking on the Evo pics not because i have one. it just looks sicker to me than the others in the picture. the blue STi kinda got my attention though.

the only pointers i can give you is to pre-register if you can to make sure you have a spot. walk the coarse as much as you can so you don't get lost and to also pick your race line. as for driving tip, i'm still a novice myself. they do have scca driving school once a year but they already had it for this year.
