Please help me decide on these 2 wheel styles for my EVO8

Which set of wheels would you pick for a white EVO8?

Brand new Volk Racing GT-U in gunmetal

or

The infamous Volk Racing TE-37 in bronze

One more pict for the GT-U's polished lip (expected deeper lips for the EVO's offset).

My first choice was the gold GT-Us but they are not available for the next 2-3 months.

They both look nice. My only problem with the T-37's is that they are quite similar to the stock one's IMO. I think if I spend $3000 on rims I want it to stand out a bit more.

I'm getting the gunmetal GT-U's. Those rims are it ! On a silver Evo it's gonna look nasty.

What size are you getting? 18x8 or 18x9?

the lips won't be any larger... the offset is what will keep the lip from being any deeper, and you need the backspacing for the brakes...

LE37 / TE37, look nothing like the stockers... believe that...

Why the wait on the GTU's ??? My 2 cents is I like the GTU wheels BUT one thing I don't care for is the multi mounting holes setup. Another option is the Yokohama Siena Generation II. They can be ordered in gold also. TE-37's are starting to get pretty common now. Great wheels.

What's the weight on those GTU's. The gunmetal looks awesome.
