OT:

So I guess the F-15C will still remain as the frontline fighter for the USAF

I saw two F-16s in person!!! Being in the Philippines, we would rarely see them. The last I saw was F-18s during the US-RP joint military exercises. Two F-16s landed on our commercial airport, one of them experiencing flap problems. They were tiny compared to the 747s but my gosh, their engine roar really drew the attention of all commercial passengers. I was at the arport during that time for a flight. The F-16s were just so beautiful. But me seeing an F-15 in flesh would be heaven

I'm sorry, but you're incorrect...

The F-22 is the F-15 replacement, but the F-15's are staying in service longer because they're not at the end of their service life and the sheer cost of the F-22 makes it too expensive to field a fleet as large as the F-15 fleet at this time.

The JSF is the replacement for the F-16, which is long overdue for retirement.

Either way, awesome pics!

I also actually had the feeling that the F-22 will replace the F-15. But does the Raptor have ground attack capabilities too? I know the F-35 JSF will be a multi role VTOL stealth supersonic aircraft, though the F-16 may still be a major workforce in the USAF, especially since other smaller nations operates it.

Great pics man. That brings me back, as I was the lead validation engineer for the Pratt & Whitney F100-PW-229...and obviously love the F15. I miss that job.

BAH, replacement is a long way away. We still supply F15/F16s to allies. Just look at the B52, over 50 years old and still in service.

Those JETS are one of the greatest aircrafts ever built. But the EVO is one of the greatest cars built all around. Car looks awesome bro.
From what I was told the F-16's are just not being built anymore but are still in service. I might be wrong. Have you guys ever heard of the "Aurora". Thats an aircraft that is amazing.

I just love the Eagle and Falcon. But my all time fave is the P51 Mustang
